Man the fan service is excruciatingly in your face, the sexualization of this girl is going through the roof and everyone is just fine with it, no concerns or red flags raised at all neither in the manga nor outside of it.
I know she was created with the sole purpose of being the perfect weeb girlfriend but the manga has too many wholesome moments to ruin it with gratuitous over the top borderline hentai ecchi-ness
But that's not going to happen now that the show has taken off, there will likely be more pandering ...more bait and switch and unfortunately more undressing an underage girl just to bring in more fans which wasn't even required, the story was wholesome and sweet but you sprinkle too much giggly bo*** and butshots and you get a weeb frenzy.
For those waiting for the confession, calm down and think it through, Goujo doesn't see Marin as a romantic partner, sure he's attracted to her but the rest is more admiration than anything..just saying expect nothing really major to happen for the next 20-30 chapters
Depending on the popularity everything can be put on hold and padded with multiple fillers so they can eroticize Marin even more to bring more fans until it becomes so bad that they HAVE to end it at that point.
For those that are interested in why there's a lot more negative views lately than good ones, I DON'T RECOMMEND IT but look for the author's interview.
WARNING, it will change the way you see the manga and the characters, you will likely feel toyed with, betrayed, led by the nose or it may lead to you believe that the characters seem more fake even though you've see the anime/manga so far
