It's easy, 0.01% per second means after 100 seconds well have 1%, 100 times that equals 100%, now we just multiply together the steps we took so 100x100 and we get how many seconds it takes to kill you (without healing), which would be 10.000secs. Divide that by 60 and we get the amount of minutes, which is approximately 166mins take 60 out of those for 1h and the rest is 100mins which is 60+40mins or just 1h 40mins, add those together and we get about 2h and 40mins.
Coincidentally, I already did this calculation since Eojins death pick has the same effect, tho he doesn't seem to use it anymore...
