Like yeah the "its like solo leveling" comments are pretty noobie and cringe but its even more cringe trying to show everyone that youre different, that youre not like those noobs

@Laxego  I think solo leveling is an intro to the irl gaming genre... it was for me. Never heard of a person being awakened and leveling up or going into dungeons before solo leveling.. I read things before like kings avatar where it was in game leveling... give them a break, they just are being introduced to the fact that maybe it's a whole genre in manhwas.
but if they are just saying it because it's one guy fighting alone in a game like setting  >_> then I get you.
Like how the auto response to magical girl story is "like sailor moon" even when it's not..

@O_o ive noticed this too, and i think that the main reason is because of popularity. Everyone has heard of solo leveling, so if they decide to read their first manhwa that's the first one that comes to mind. At least that's the way it was for me, and i imagine many people considering its popularity and the fact that it isn't really the greatest in its genre.

@Laxego solo leveling is pretty much well-known lol so most people who want to read dungeons type of manhwas would read that one first. in terms of story plot this one has no similarity with solo leveling whatsoever lol

but honestly art wise, the art style of the characters, the background, even the pacing between the panels, and text are pretty much simillar with solo leveling. i just got here after re-reading it & as an artist myself, notice the similarity in art styles

maybe they kept saying it cuz of the art i guess? idk but the story is way different than solo leveling in my opinion
