Did MC looked for the name of the kid he transmigrated? Did he know about the origin of the kid or if he has relatives in the caravan? I don't remember it, it was the typical thing in transmigration for MC to check about the identity of the body they transmigrated in. MC just literally woke up and start saving everyone then just literally forgot about himself. What if those who came actually knows him and find him suspicious?
