Omg does anyone know what this story is called? I think it was a manga but possibly a manhua, the MC meets his neighbor whom is a very tall and attractive guy, I can't remember if they become friends before or after but his neighbor, the ML, starts hiding out in his apartment because he's gotten some sort of disease that causes him to gain animalistic traits, specifically the story says the world begins to accept it more after an idol gets the disease. At some point they confess and get together or something and when they first makeout (i don't even think they have s** yet) the ML wears handcuffs so he won't hurt the MC. The ML also gets jealous of a doctor that they both see and at some point the ML jerks off to the MC who's in the room next to him. The ML feels ashamed and wishes to actually be closer with the MC so the ML does a bunch of different stuff like exercise to try and decrease his libido. I believe it's ongoing and had fairly slow updates, I was reading it on a different site tho so I forgot to save it.
