The site I read on is trash so maybe some of the stuff i say here may not be correct so check for yourself 
The mc and juwan have an on and off relationship but juwan has liked the mc before and his friend used to date him the mc and his friend broke up and the girl I’m not sure if she tried to hurt herself or she got into an accident but whatever lead her into the hospital so I think before the break up or after the break up juwan visits her and he sees her state he remembers what the mc did to her so he feels guilty for dating him even after what he (mc) did to his friend but after some time passes the mc sees juwan and his friend together so he gets mad and assumes that juwan made him fall in love with so he could take revenge on him for what he did to juwans friend but through out the relationship they argue a lot and the mc leaves him alone most of the time he refuses to be intimate with juwan and only uses d*s as he thinks he isn’t gay plus he makes him bleed through it Calls juwan annoying for crying and a lot of other s*t I don’t remember
