am i crazy or i didnt understand the dialogue during the flashback part ?

All trope are good if you do them right.
ex : Love Triangle, but...
A loves B,
B loves C,
C loves A.

@Deathbuddy the translation is a bit weird at times. It's been like this since the first chapter.
