@Sam I'm not an expert but her body had to stretch to accommodate the baby inside her, like a balloon but instead of popping it slowly leaks and shrunk. Besides she gained a lot of weight as well when she's pregnant with shasha.(Also she need a few more weeks for her uterus and muscle to shrink back after pregnancy)
