Then what do you define as a "traumatic experience"?
Is it bullying? Abuse? Getting raped? Seeing your entire family being killed right in front of you?
Where do you draw the line?
@Johan all of it is traumatic and all of it is just as detrimental to a person's mental state and none of it is an excuse or easy if at all possible to "forget"
