i know this jsnt the place but whatever. my s/o told me before she went to a party that she wouldnt drink and reassured me because in our relationship we dont do that, and she ended up drinking and vaping, even though she promised me.

You sound controlling asf they didn't kiss someone else or flirt they vaped n drank at a PARTY bro I don't think it's that deep
she was feeling suicidal prior and used them as stress relievers. and i said its okay and i understand but now shes saying she feels horrible for lying and that she dosent deserve me, and shes thinking of ending it
(the relationship) but i love her and she loves me. and im honestly so scared shes going to end it

i understand why you could be upset consider how your s/o had said they wouldnt do those things but still did them anyways. they didnt respect your wishes when they said they would. however, if your s/o really means that they are sorry then just talk to them about how they should use substances in the future and both of your stances on it. there is a way to find a middle ground and for both you and your s/o to understand each others point of view. its a matter of communication with each other and understanding yalls boundaries.
