@Lala usually when a manhwa comes from hiatus its uploaded with at least a few chapters. For example this one is one naver webtoon it uploaded with 6 in total but on 1 chapter is available for us to read freely without signing in and paying the rest will need the whole process as they are locked. However sites who can access all the chapters even the locked ones can then translate them and then it can be uploaded to us to read even tho it is technically not available to us legally. Sorry for the rambling u probs know all this already
