@Benjamin M I hit the wrong button, my bad... I agree, if this is all it takes to get him all excited, i can see why he was chosen... quite easy to manipulate, for now.
@OzTheMaverick exactly. he criticizes the hero association for using sweet mask as a poster while neo hero's doing the same with him. when people hear that the son of the number 1 s-class hero Blast is at neo heroes, that's litteraly propaganda to sway public opinion. and because he may have inherited some of his dad's abilities, received fancy equipement and some pep talk from neo hero's top brass, he deluded himself into thinking that he is now one of the real tough guys
