I think archmage plan to make a society without mage and yujin want to make a society where everyone can be mage that why he say if this happens archmage don't need to execute his plan

@MOON the arcmage plan is probably to forcefully install mana into ppl's heart, aka the failed experiment that they did to make ain be a mage. Yoojin saw it as a failure but the arch mage wants to use that to make everyone a mage albeit temporarily, it explains why ain had that almost broken heart in her
