I remember when I was small and whenever I got sick and had a fever my mom would put one of those pills ( I forgot the name) up there ( you know what I mean) but she would cover it in olive oil or baby oil so it wouldn't hurt ( it would still feel uncomfortable asf) but after a couple of hours the fever would be gone
