Though, I dropped it awhile back and decided to check on which part of the novel the current novel was.
Basically, they, the association, is not really an association. It's more like the triad in some of those manhwas, one where unregistered individuals are hunted down and killed.
Their reason? They don't want to work for the association but their rule forces everyone, including the nations.
This basically mean that the MC owned the world, the National Leaders can't really make a peep, what MC says is what goes.
Is the MC a hero? Definitely not.
Is the MC an antihero? Not it either.
Is the MC a Villain? Also not it.
Then what is the MC?
I don't know bout you, but for me, he's just a dude who knows what's up and decided to hoard everything instead of sharing. Yes he did some good but when you look at it again, did he do it for others? Not really, he just did it for himself.
He's a dude with Hero Complex, yeah that's the word. What he did wasn't really that bad, but its also not good.
You'll also realize how nefarious "Mary" is down the line.
