@Alex mm yeah np but I think a lot of genres are weird not just BL (I'm bi btw) like yuri that's just girl x girl rather than boy x boy or like I said before toxic relationships a lot of people fetishize that and it's kinda sad tbh TT but I feel like rather than yuri or yaoi the toxic relationships are even more weird because they look at that (it's in a lot of the genre) it's a bit more normalized to be in that type of relationship or worse fantasized ,also I think it's pretty cool to have people to talk to about BL when I see someone at a con (I've been at like 7) it's a lot less weird because I've met a lot of groups that have both man,women and welcome anyone in to talk about it so I guess I just kinda didn't really care for they're sexuality or gender just if they didn't think that breaking someone's leg and imprisoning them was hot (cuz that's weird) anyways um sorry if this comment was so long I just like to have discussions about this kinda stuf

@_lovex_ lol no it's okay I totally get it. I form my opinions and then I also like to discuss them with people so I'm glad you're open to talking. I've been to 3 cons/spaces where I've met people who know of BL but at 2 of them were women
(They used she/her pronouns) That had really weird merchandise. It was like overly edited merch of bottom characters making sexual expressions. That's why I even bothered to state my opinion on here because of my own experiences and things I've seen online. I don't think I'll ever think straight women reading BL/YAOI as a hobby is not weird, but I will hear people's out and their own conclusions because its a really close minded thing to not search for differing beliefs
