@readingforpast6days well if we think of how some types of fishes reproduce, where the male wraps his body around the female, each embrace resulting in the release of 10-40 eggs until the female is exhausted of eggs. The male, from his side, releases milt into the water and fertilization takes place externally. So fishes don't have c*cks but like the cut we can see on this merman might be the one where they spread the sperm... just based on real fishes but who knows
