I can't state it enough. Oh dear G**. The author of the manhwa is so smart, I can't even comprehend it. To everyone reading this, please I urge you to just read the Wikipedia of Stephen King's novel misery and you will understand it more deeply. The way the author incorporated Dohyuk (Yoo Jaehyuk) making the sculpture of "Misery's Return" is so clever, it cannot even be stressed more. Really kudos to the manhwa writer.
