Nope it's around chapter 60+ , in chapter 58 he did some self harm (but it wasn't intentional) cause he was having lot's of mental disorders(so he didn't know he harmed himself) because of the abuses and rapes, in 59 eventually that psycho found him again ( he hide from teakyun(?) House for a while to hide from that abuser) and then he gets abuse again
