Let me get this straight. This is a school that doesn't care about social status but incorporates broches that diferenciate social status in the uniform. And they don't want students to die but they put them in an exam with monsters up to level 5 when anything beyond lv 2 is lethal to them? Oh ok....right...

@Cessika the broches are probably a mandotory thing that the nobles decided for ttheir children to go to the academy.
