I think Geonwoo might have misunderstood and imagined what type of person Ha Doyoon might be. Ha Doyoon probably has feelings for Geonwoo, that's why he gave the gifts to Geonwoo. I mean, Geonwoo didn't see Ha Doyoon throw the fans gifts away, right? As for why Ha Doyoon doesn't practice before a concert, I don't know.
