Fan Xiao, being the smug/obsessed-but-now-happy type, loves that Shulang is showing this level of concern — it's proof of how deeply Shulang cares and how much their dynamic has flipped from Fan Xiao's initial control games to mutual deep attachment. So he turns around and brags/teases about it to Shi Lihua like: "Look at my boyfriend, he's so worried he won't even let me ride my bike anymore! He told me ten thousand times already!" I totally get why Fan Xiao wants to do 'that' with him every single day . No it doesn't he's a devil till the end for not leaving him alone just toned down and shulang is an angel for forgiving him
