i am looking for a certain webtoon and i can't remember the name:
it's a Josei/action webtoon about mutants. There is FL who is childhood friend with a boy. That boy then develops telekinesis ability and he tries to hide it. Because in their world, if you develop mutations you are no longer considered human. But then because of a accident, the house burns down (i believe) and the boy gets discovered and send to a special facility while the girl stays alone and her life turns miserable. And at some point she joins rebel forces to fight the government.
anyway, later on they meet again.
Does anyone know the title?
