Ain seems to be having heart problems on earlier chapters, I doubt it's because of what the Archmage did to her, I'm pretty certain it's all because of those nuclear chests she has, imagine not having difficulties on how big those are, no wonder her heart can't keep up with all those high level magic she uses all because of how big they are, needs immediate treatment through reduction surgery right away
