There might be 2 scenarios 
1. Ml might die and the dragon might take care of the baby
2. Ml will die then reincarnate... Like after the baby grows up

The reincarnation thing is a side story AU type delio. In the actual main timeline after she dies as good favorite she chills in the realm of dead with our fav dragon watching them from above basically. Ml doesn't know this at all and there's like multiple scenes of him grieving and raising thier daughter all alone. It's honestly heart breaking, I love it and hate it sm
