So off topic but my friend is also turkish but ofc now she lives in the USA but she regularly visits her home country every summer

@hello 。 Nah trust me the culture is amazing the people are nice but like... The government sucks a*s there are so many problems about our government. Like school shootings happen, it literally has never happened before, and no one does anything about it.
@UwU Sorry it took me so long to respond, I got busy. That’s truly terrible, but it’s no better here. Instead of putting more restrictions on getting guns, people argue that owning a gun is a human right, as if a few children dying is an acceptable price to protect that right. So now we have police officers and metal detectors at our schools, and students have to carry see through bags. We shouldn’t have to take all these measures just to feel safe at school.
