Any hospital would do a blood test for pregnancy before surgery, but maybe because it was a bad hospital they didn't. That guy he stayed with for a year was probably the guy hired to damage his legs but when he realized he didn't remember anything after he assaulted him he kept him as a play thing and realized he was pregnant. I would want a DNA test on the baby even if I didn't know the dad for sure
