Ah, so they can not only see that he's a barbarian (-50 points), but also an absurdly powerful being (-90 points) and to top that all off, his existence is antithetical to the nature they are tuned to so they can only assume that he's somehow even worse than a normal barbarian with godlike powers (-10,000 points).

@ChaosKing Elves can see "nature" and that "nature" is twisted. Not only that, but they can see his level of power and on top of all of that, they can see that he is a barbarian.
It's like seeing Jack the Ripper revving a chainsaw while he laughs crazily. Everything about the thing you are seeing is an additional level of terrifying.
