How about just calling the cops? Wellness check? They can't leave without actually checking the person, and finding a man taped up or bruised and unconscious are kinda bad signs.
We wouldn't get a dramatic rescue, if they followed the law, though. Go, Woowon! Go save your man!!

@blackcatofmisery you're forgetting that this isn't reality and that the family probably has some ties to the police or at least could pull some strings so that there would be no wellness check happening. it's always the same in these kinds of stories; "oh, the chairman and the police chief go golfing every second sunday." that kinda bullshit. 😬
@expensivegirl I'm forgetting nothing, but you're right. Power attracts power. If this jerk dad DIDN'T have ties to the police, I'd be surprised.
