@M A D D N E S S figuratively cuz in the early chapters they mentioned that the CEO had a infertility issue but that was later resolved and now he has a son, that's why he cherishes his kid so much but since he had that kind of problem back then, he took care of Cheol as his uncle but he took upon the role of a Father more than Cheol's actual Dad so basically Cheol is his first son

@d3cxyin9_9158   but this would make so much sense. If he was his uncle son, the father hating him that much would make sense. And the father doesn't really like his own brother too. He even despised the fact that ML resembles so much his uncle😭
