I'm Saii from PVS. We did want to post ch17 as promised but unfortunately not even a few hours after publishing this chapter, some people started to repost some screenshots on twitter. The very site that we have warned readers not to repost in since this was also the reason why we had to refrain from posting ch16 immediately (hence the notice post before this chapter TT).
We were advised by the other readers and we've also discussed within the group to tone down the schedule of posting for a bit rather than rushing ch17. Hope this clears it up!! Thank you for supporting us ^^
