@Yuki As a first time reader and someone who just started reading this just 2 days ago, I tell you that he definitely does get younger, from ch 1 as he regresses by dying 4090 times from suicide, he even had a freakin' glowup while in the process! it's actually surprising me that others hadn't thought of the same, especially that one panel as he is holding the knife right in front of himself and pointing it at himself while having a smile, that's where you can see the obvious glowup of him becoming younger as he goes further into regression.
