I never understood why do kids have to pay for parents loan I mean in my country even though there will be nominee they aren't forced in such way to payback specially if they are kids

@6and9Inch Yeah, same with my country :) I read that Korea, however, has an inheritance system. When someone inherits a deceased person's property, they also inherit liabilities such as debts.
@6and9Inch it's because people need to get back their money even if it's to pressure someone else to do it. I had the same experience when my dad died.
