@Arcanmana More of a case that there was simply no challenge to it anymore. At the present time, it was all routine as there was no one who could scratch the surface of her business model. Hence her boredom as she has seen it all and done it all as she is currently sitting at the peak of the financial world.
Thus why she's now starting to feel excitement again as Rona is doing/showing her something unique/interesting that has broken her out of her mold as seeing it as a potential challenger to her.

@JustWatching has she tried, SPENDING the money on anything other than needs and to make her buissnes larger? in all those flashbacks, we didn't see her really buy anything for her parents or her once /:

It orignally started off as a failing toy shop. But once she took over as she explains in her flashback and by Konoha, she started expanding into multiple ventures as she now owns the largest trading company in the country. We don't know the specifics of all her businesses. But based on this chapter, she also deals with food and perhaps resturants as she noted herself to being a consecutive winner in the food stall contest.
