To sum things up:
ML's main aim is to destroy Samjo Group. And he plans to do it from the inside. So he wants to get into the Samjo Board via Samjo Finance to have a strong authority in the Board. Meaning, he wants authority to make decisions within Samjo Group, using Samjo Fianance where most of Samjo money revolves around.
