no i think not. seo ilmo is not dead. seo ilmo is the one holding ah-in's hand. if you noticed, seo ilmo also cut his fingers (which he can do so he can be with an-in) to make it identical to myung jun (bff). to support such statement, I believe seo ilmo is just acting being poisoned, because the real bottle of wine that is poison was the bottle left in the harbor found by the police. plus ah-in cannot really tell the real scene of death of seo ilmo since his eyes got damage before he truly witness everything. the only thing he knows are just the background noise of someone getting shot and dragged, then got tossed in th ocean.
