I think an Omega isΒ someone who would be able to get pregnant and alpha is basically the one who can get an omega pregnant. I am not 100% sure, but that's what I understand from my BL knowledge so far.
So um basically in an alpha and Omega world, there are usually the betas (normal ppl) and then there are the alphas and the omegas. Alphas are built stronger and are supposedly more intelligent than the other 2 and from what i know, they can't get pregnant and can only impregnate omegas. Omegas( no matter the gender assigned by birth) can't get other omegas or betas pregnant and can only get pregnant by alphas. And if I'm not wrong, they are weaker and are defo most commonly the bottom. There are also sub categories for alphas and omegas. They have dominant and recessive types. Usually recessive omegas can't get pregnant. Alphas and omegas also have heat and rut cycles.
