You know albino that means low mealino(can't spell).
It caused them to have white hair or/and red eye. It doesn't affect specific race. It doesn't matter if you white, black or Asian, you can get albino from birth.
In similar way, you can see special species as albino. It can be a fox, wold or any other species, but they can become a special species.
