I agree these people are being a little rude, but they're right. Being gay is illegal in more countries than not.

its okay to be wrong. But immediately getting defensive & insulting others isn't.

And what to you mean "what ignorant stuff am I spouting?"?? You said multiple times that "being gay isn't illegal in any country", and when they correct you, you call them "haters" and imply they're being ableist. 

There is absolutely no way you're 27; there's no way you've gotten so far in life and still think you're in the right in this situation.
