I believe in Korea you call every guy "uncle" who is old enough to be, just as "hyung" is someone close to you of an older brother age.
So the translation seems to be an incest-kink but I BELIEVE in Korean they're really just being pervy about age rather than blood relation, aka "would you like to have s** with someone young enough to be your nephew" rather than nephew themselves.
Please correct me if I'm wrong though
