I'm kinda don't like the female doctor. As a doctor, isn't a patient's information should be a secret? So why is she just straight out blabbing about it, even worse the duchess's information. I know she wanted to help, but it's so obvious it's kinda stupid

@Little fishy irl doctors share patient information with other medical personnel all the time to consult and get a second opinion. They typically try to omit as much personally identifiable information as possible. In terms of the story, the woman doctor should have known that it would be pretty obvious to figure out who her patient is.
