@Anime X I'm reading it and I think the girl is being dramatic. When men don't have money, no one tells them that it's ok to get married like that, they're told to overcome their shortcomings. The fact that she said "I am not bothered by my condition" and does not feel the need for an eye replacement operation, that's kind of her fault, not MC's. He accepted her as she was.
