Dear April, thank you for sharing your story with me! That’s very brave and not everyone can do that. I know some people may find it hard to express their feelings, either offline or online. You’ve done very well! I’m glad that you acknowledge your true feelings.
Apologise in advance if I might have cause you any inconvenience when expressing my thinking despite not knowing your circumstances. It seems to me that you’re having lots of important issues and worries that cause you a huge distress and a little hopelessness as you may not know where to start fixing the problems.
All I have to say is that even though it’s hard, I hope that you don’t lose hope in yourself. Love yourself a bit more everyday. It’s hard, so just one step at a time is enough. Even if you encounter difficulties in the process, don’t deny yourself and your past efforts. A change is usually challenging and problems will arise again, but keep going and you’ll find a way.
If you have a family member or a friend to talk to, it’s perfect (best friend’s more understanding that you thought). If no, then it’s alright. Try to find if there’s a counsellor, helpline, or even writing your own journals helps organise your thoughts. Whether you’re happy, sad, angry, curious, or hopeless, write it down. And in order to have a healthy mind, it’s IMPORTANT to have a HEALTHY BODY and a HEALTHY LIFESTYLE. If possible, caring about yourself more. Maybe it’s not my place to say who deserves happiness but… be the happiness person in the world!
