Okay guys I think konrad didn't really loved his ex partner or may be he might had liked him but why he's uncomfortable with fabian might be because of the similarities between fabian and ex but not in a romantic way, like I don't think K misses his ex or something it's more like the similarities reminds him of all the trauma, the way he had to see his partner's death in front of him, may be it was very traumatizing for him so the similarities is what making him uncomfortable
