It was explained in the noble much more better. His personality is like that because he's a cat. In the novel they explained that cat is a bit hard to understand in personality.

Not only that he's also very young. 
He grew up very matured because he has to. 
He has sibling that he have to raise. Being with the tiger is the first time he ever up childish or he has the privilege to act like a child.
The cat is just confused.
He's very confused. 
Also he's 21 and I think the tiger is 33 I don't remember.

@Room_404 oh really then that's pretty cool and cute in its own right ml is practically giving mc his childhood back but da** how would development start between the both of them like with this explanation I wouldn't mind a guardian to child relationship but this is yaoi so it's basically not gonna turn like that I wonder how it's going to develop to that point I wonder 🤔 🤔

Yeah the tiger is really caring. 
And very considerate.
They're both feline so they have a lot in common. 
The reason he act childish towards the tiger because every time he asks very mean or throwing tantrums the tiger does not get mad of him and just let him vent his anger and frustration. He let him run around and there house and like a cat that him act his instinct. He hates wearing clothes so he let him wear his clothes instead his T-shirts they big so it much more comparable than wearing clothes. 
He hate cloth.
