Can anyone pls explain this gilsangcheon thingy? What i remember is that basically Taeui brings Jaeui luck. I remember they said that multiple times throughout the story. Is that all there is to it? Is it just a superstition or is there more? When J said he'd die without T, was that literal or figuratively? Or he'd hurt himself if something happens to T?

@Louella From my understanding he meant it literally when he said he wld die if it wasn't for T they share some weird telepathic connection that joins them so even if one of them is hurt the other can quite literally feel it. And other than that i too don't get it

they don't really specify a lot as to why everyone in their industry is equally convinced that Taeui is Jaeui's lucky charm.
The main thing is
- Jaeui exclusively have good luck
- Jaeui believes his luck is from Taeui like he believes his body is subjected to Earth's gravity when near earth 🤣
- Jaeui's health is so messed up since birth and it's a miracle how he's alive and functioning like a normal person
- When Taeui get's sick or life is in danger it, Jaeui will also be sick (parents tested separating them with the logic - if they're not close obviously Jaeui won't get sick, RESULT: Jaeui still gets sick)
- When Jaeui gets sick (lets be real he's never in danger) Taeui doesn't get sick.
It seems like growing up there was a lot of interest in Taeui because of Jaeui's luck and every powerful and rich ppl conclude
- yes, Taeui is the source of luck
- no, it cannot be transferred or given to anyone else
Logic wise, they prob tested it 🤷🏻♀️ 🤣

Since Taeui's existence is source of luck in Jaeui's perspective. Once Taeui dies, Jaeui's bad health since birth will instantly kill him because Taeui's lucky charm quality is what keeps Jaeui alive.

and further in the story when Taeui was truly in danger, they indicate how
Jaeui's luck saves Taeui, so that Jaeui does not die due to Taeui dying 🤣 (I hope you understood that last bit)
