@Nyx This is a manhwa and Koreans don't have strong familial closeness like they used to.
@Nyx think of it as going to boarding school. It's not permanent.
@Nyx well, if we're considering the fact it's a guy at his 20s inside a child, he already lost his real family, and since this is still a child probably around 5 he didn't have much bond with his family yet.
