I don't know what the author or the drawer got against the Christian faith but it's disturbing enough to make me loose interest, thank you for the previous chapters

@Arlan Nitura it's pretty accurate to make the church look villainous and in power over even the nobility because throughout history, during such medieval eras thats beens the case for the most part (like europe). It doesn't have anything against Christianity its just using that historical aspect in its story
