so i have a question??! i am indian and i usually brush after waking up( like 15 min before i eat )..... you all brush only after eating...cuz he brushed his teeth after eating if my memory is ont wrong

@sidhru typically yes, because food gets in your teeth after eating and you don't want food in your teeth until lunch.
