@Kofeina since there are powerful people behind the organization and the hero's party, they need a scapegoat, or did you think Philly escaped by her own means...
@Gattsu im not saying i didnt see this coming, with everything going on its logical to investigate if she was involved in all this I just didnt like their attitude
